Patrick Dees – CEO

Not unlike his co-founder and friend Patrick eats sleeps and breathes indirect wireless retail. Unlike his partner Patrick wouldn’t find wrestling an alligator a relaxing Sunday afternoon. The uber active and lovably uncoordinated Patrick is often mistaken for Prince Harry and currently thriving in the Hollywood Hills.
Patrick is responsible for the overall strategic direction and business development here at Emerge. Prior to Co-Founding the Emerge Group Patrick was working to develop another industry first solution. He served as the GM – North America for Flipswap. He has also owned and operated nearly 100 Alltel and Sprint doors during his career.
With a profound understanding of what dealers deal with on a day to day basis, Patrick co-founded the Emerge Group with Brad Hunter to deliver ground breaking solutions and services to enable owner/operators of wireless stores to focus on what they do and love best – sell wireless phones and grow their business.

Brad’s passion for building innovative and world class solutions for wireless retailers might only be surpassed by his insatiable quest for finding the next adventure. Parachuting in the Andes? Check. Helicopter skiing? Been there. Base jumping? So last year. He is a private pilot and avid outdoor enthusiast.
And in his spare time he builds wireless business. Brad first cut his teeth in this space 12 years ago and has never looked back. He quickly built a dealership that had nearly 500 locations staffed by 3000 team members and produced in excess of one million acts a year. His business acumen and eye for detail spurred the explosive growth as he was accountable for all facets of indirect retail including sales, ops, loss prevention, training and recruiting.
In short, he knows this business A-Z and in co-founding The Emerge Group with Patrick Dees Brad has leveraged his experience to create offerings that are true game-changers.

Please meet “He Only Does Everything” Scott Spence. Scott serves as our CFO and resident expert at having a good time.Scott comes to us with a rich experience in wireless working in lock-step with Brad in building one of the largest dealerships in North America.
Scott redefined the role of a wireless CFO as he spearheaded revolutionary initiatives in loss prevention, IT, accounting and dynamic and innovative comp models which ultimately propelled the company to $355 million in annual gross sales and 1 million activations a year.
Scott thrives on building a better mousetrap. He has been instrumental in creating our Virtual CFO program, which will change the way wireless retailers and operators do business by conducting daily audits of key operational activities.
